LARGE FRUIT WEIGHT CUP SIZER
The electronic cup sizer for big fruits (watermelons, melons..) is an electronic sizer for automatic sorting of big spherical and
semi-spherical fruits with weight selection criteria.
This sizer is composed of the following elements: infeed and inspection module in a rollers conveyor with controlled rotation,
singulation and feeding section on an ondulated belt, transport and fruit weighing, control cabinet and fruit outlets.
TILTING ROLLERS SIZER
This system of sorting, through tilting rollers and without carriers to accommodate the fruit, achieves a high capacity.
To ensure sorting on the most suitable diameter, the fruit is kept in constant rotation as it advances, transported in the gap between two packs of roller. Oversize fruit is collected in
a tray at the end of the sorter.
SMALL FRUIT ELIMINATOR
The fixed pitch pre-sizer is a machine designed to separate small, non-commercial fruit, suitable for spherical fruits and with a single diameter to be determined.
The basic principle of this pre-sizer is “pass-don’t pass" system, which corresponds to the space between rollers, which is determined by the chain pitch and the roller diameter.
CUP SIZER
The cup sizer allows fruit and vegetable sorting by weight, color and size, alone or in combination.
The first section of the machine is a grommet elevator where the fruit comes singulated by lanes, fruit is placed in the valleys that are formed between two grommets (or brushes in the case of pepper) and is fed to the sizer.
