SEMICONTINUOUS BIN TIPPER
This dumper is used to empty full bins of fruit carefully, in order to avoid damaging the fruit. This machine is usually located at the beginning of the line. It consists of an inlet conveyor on which the full bin is deposited, then an accumulation conveyor which feeds the tipper by depositing the empty bins in the upper part of the structure on a gravity roller conveyor one by one.

CONTINUOUS BIN TIPPER
This type of bin tipper is especially advantageous for large productions in a limited space. The process is carried out on 2 leves. Consequently, half the space is required, as compared with a single level machine. The dumper consists of a full bin destacker, with an accumulator, the delicate fruit dumper itself, and a bin stacker with accumulator, with bin inlet and outlet at forklift height.

CRATES NESTER
The box input is controlled by a pneumatic brake before the input chain conveyor. This chain conveyor is coupled to a roller conveyor which transport the boxes to the rotator. The box rotator positions the boxes to be stacked. The stacking is done in the slanted section. The railings and the upper aligner guides the boxes. The stacked boxes are placed on the table and are picked up by the palletizer clamp which stacks them on a pallet.
