FULL PALLETS TROLLEY
This full pallets trolley is a roller conveyor that is used for transporting full pallets to different points.
It is equipped with a cage to prevent the falling of cartons in case of an emergency stop. The smooth and fast movement of the trolley is performed by a frequency inverter. Mounted on a horizontally moving structure, it is used to collect full pallets that exit a cartons palletizer and are transported to other machines in the packhouse (like a strapping machine or wrapping machine).
MULTIFORMAT PALLETIZER
The multi-format palletizer stacks boxes by layers according to a range of different size and format specifications. Packed boxes are accumulated on a forming table in the specified format, then deposited on the pallet using a clamp which stacks them to the desired number of layers.
This machine can be easily upgraded to a fully automated system by adding a pallet dispenser, a full pallet trolley and a strapping machine.
TRAY MULTIFORMAT PALLETIZER
The tray multiformat palletizer is a machine ready to palletize boxes by layers according to the size and type of conformation. It consists basically of three parts: table (it receives, accumulates and distribute the boxes according to the configuration established in the control console), clamp (stacks boxes in the pallet, once they have bee distributed in the table) and structure with carriage (for the conformation of the pallet in the defined height)
